Help & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to every question about shipping, the lamp, gifting, and your order.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship?+

We ship worldwide, including Germany, the rest of the EU, the UK, and the US. If your country is not on the list at checkout, contact our support team and we will check if we can help.

2. Is shipping free?+

Yes. Free tracked shipping is included in the price, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.

3. How long does delivery take?+

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes about 5 to 9 business days to Germany and the EU (7 to 12 business days for international orders). Times vary by country, and your estimate is shown at checkout.

4. What is the last order date for Christmas?+

For Germany and the EU, we recommend ordering by December 15 to give your parcel a fair chance of arriving in time. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, so please order early.

5. Can I get express shipping?+

Not at the moment. We only offer standard tracked shipping to keep shipping free worldwide.

6. Will I get a tracking number?+

Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates after dispatch.

7. My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?+

It is common for tracking to pause for a few days while a parcel travels between transit hubs. If there is no movement for 7 days, email our support team with your order number and we will look into it immediately.

8. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?+

Prices include statutory VAT where required. For orders outside the EU, your destination country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, which are separate from our price.

9. Can I change my address after ordering?+

Contact our support team right away. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update it.

About the Lamp

10. What is the Christmas Tree Projection Light?+

It is a small green tree shaped USB lamp with a bendable neck. It projects festive Christmas patterns onto walls and ceilings.

11. How many patterns does it have?+

It comes with 6 interchangeable pattern lenses (including snowflakes, trees, stars, and festive holiday motifs). You swap them easily to change the look.

12. How do I power it?+

Plug it into any standard USB port, like a laptop, a power bank, or a USB adapter. There is no setup or app required.

13. Does it come with a power adapter?+

The lamp uses a standard USB connection, so you can plug it into any phone charger, USB wall adapter, or power bank you already own.

14. Does it use batteries?+

No batteries needed. The lamp runs continuously via USB power, so you never have to replace or recharge batteries.

15. How big is it?+

About 17.5 x 8.5 x 5 cm and around 100 g, so it fits easily on a desk, a shelf, or a bedside table.

16. Where can I use it?+

It is made for indoor use in a bedroom, living room, kids room, or on a desk. Please do not use it outdoors.

17. How do I change the angle?+

The flexible neck bends 360 degrees, so you can aim the projection wherever you like.

18. What is it made of?+

High-grade ABS plastic and durable electronic LED projection parts.

Gifting & 2 Pack

19. Is it a good gift?+

Yes, it is a delightful gift for friends, family, colleagues, teachers, or Secret Santa.

20. What is in the 2 Pack Gift Set?+

Two complete lamps, each with 6 interchangeable lenses, so you can keep one and give one away. It costs less per lamp than buying two single lamps.

21. Does it come gift wrapped?+

It comes in neat individual packaging that is very easy to wrap in festive holiday paper or place in a gift bag.

22. Can I send it straight to someone else?+

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, and we will deliver it directly to their door.

Orders & Payment

23. Which payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely, and we never see your card details.

24. Can I cancel or change my order?+

Contact our support team right away. We can cancel or edit it before it ships, but once it is on its way we cannot stop dispatch.

25. Will I get an order confirmation?+

Yes, by email straight after you order. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Returns & Support

26. What is your return policy?+

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase under statutory EU consumer law. Contact our support team for step by step return guidance.

Our Story

About Verdique

Bringing the cozy, enchanting glow of Christmas into homes of all sizes across the world.

Verdique was created with one simple holiday wish: to make bringing the cozy, glowing wonder of Christmas into any room effortless, warm, and joyful.

That is how the Christmas Tree Projection Light was born. A cheerful little tree lamp with a flexible neck and interchangeable lenses that instantly fills ceilings, bedrooms, and living spaces with soft, festive patterns of snowflakes, stars, and holiday motifs.

Whether you are curling up with hot cocoa, reading bedtime holiday stories to your children, or surprising someone special with a sweet Secret Santa gift, our little tree is made to fill your home with warmth and wonder all season long.
